This All Clad electric skillet is exactly as advertised. It holds an enormous amount of food. from Cooking.com Spent the extra money for All-Clad to get quality and a made in USA product. Instead I received a product that was made in China like all the rest and not much better quality. from Amazon.com The all-clad electric skillet has an uneven cooking surface and the electric cord does not hold the temperature. The pan is beautiful to look at, but a pain to cook with. from Amazon.com it heats very evenly and cleans up so easily. from Cooking.com it is fairly easy to clean. from Amazon.com no sticking, burning, easy to clean. from Amazon.com pros:cleans up well.looks very attractivecooks evenly.cons:poor low-temperature control. from Cooking.com a real test for a stainless steel skillet is cooking eggs and pancakes because the temperature must be kept at about 350 so the food sears quickly. from Amazon.com i don't know if the temperature is off on the dial but it seems to be sporadic in temperature as well. from Amazon.com the all-clad electric skillet has an uneven cooking surface and the electric cord does not hold the temperature. from Amazon.com
