the ocilation function is great, making it especially easy to use when mounted in a confined area like a corner since it doesn't pivot the fan head, instead roatating the angled vents on the face of

the only other drawback is that it tilts slightly up on a flat surface, so my husband is putting things under it at an angle so it will tilt down.
