this is a great little fan- the lower speed provides just the right amount of breeze- not so much that it blows the papers off of my desk and not so little that i can't feel it working. today the a/c in my office is broken and this has made the day much more tolerable. from Amazon.com In August 2008 I bought a Zippi fan to cool my Tivo satellite receiver. I don't know about other Tivo models but the Tivo that I have never sleeps, it's constantly recording the current channel, even when I shut the unit off! from Amazon.com I've been looking for a *quiet* desk fan for some time, this one is great.
