I love that the grate on the front twirls to create and oscillating stream of air. The air stream moves around subtly, so if you want something obvious, pick another fan. I also enjoy that it's light-weight and thin so I can put it in a window or on the floor like a box fan, but this is much more attractive than a box fan.
