Must listen to the audio CDs first if you have little to no experience in the Spanish language. The cd-roms will work great, but you'll need to have patience and wait till you are ready for them. from Buy.com this language-learning product is very good. There aren't any practical instructions included with this package, so here goes: Listen to ALL the Audio CDs before you really start working in the software/application CD (that you load on your system.) The instruction on the Audio CDs is clear, but not closely linked to what you will find on the program itself, which can make the experience of working in the program a bit frustrating. However, using other free, online Spanish language resources for suggestions, I began to "get" how to navigate the program. The program itself is very good, *once you get the hang of it.* I would not dismiss this as a resource, and in fact, have found some of the grammar explanations and activities extremely helpful. from Buy.com I have been using this Spanish tuter for about a month. I think the computer program is for someone with some prior knowledge of Spanish. from Buy.com There doesn't seem to be any starting point for a beginner. If there is, I can't find it. from Buy.com I bought this program because it was the 4th highest rated Spanish language program on another site. I installed the program and started as a beginner. from Buy.com I do not speak Spanish, and after trying to use this product I STILL don't. This product installs effortlessly (works with Vista) and basically uses Macromedia Flash for most of it. from Buy.com This product is a good product, however you must know some spanish before trying it. However, I think with time the familiarity with the program will better facilitate navigation. One other bad note that the program has is that within the "grammar" component of the program, example Spanish sentences are not translated for you.
