Best DVD Players for Net Flix

i bought this and had it connected to our wireless network and watching netflix, youtube, and discs in a few minutes without even opening the bag containing the manual.

the lg bd 390 is touted as a blue ray player with wireless connection to the internet to allow downloading of netflix movies.

i have also experimented with some of the other internet features including youtube and netflix.

if you have an internet connection the bd390 can access netflix, cinemanow, youtube without the aid of a pc.

when i saw the netflix and youtube features at this price i was sold.

setting up access to my netflix account simply involved entering a four letter code off the netflix website, the entire process took all of 30 seconds.

however, in the past two weeks (january 2009), the unit started having intermittent trouble connecting via the internet to netflix.

i loved it with no complaints, but then the next day i heard about the samsung 2500 with streaming netflix.

this blue-ray player does a great job, but i especialy like the fact it streams net-flix.

although it too was a solid blue-ray player, i have to admit that i was disappointed by the fact that, according to samsung, it wasn't "compatible" with the netflix streaming software.

i especially like the ability to play netflix movies directly.
