it's main problem is in handling 1080i blu-ray discs, which it does not de-interlace to 1080p properly, losing some detail in the process.

lg bd300 network blu-ray disc player is a great value: great set-up instructions & very user friendly (don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out the remote) blu-ray picture is great.
