Although Utube showed up on the menu,, Netflix did not, I recieved the update... still I cannot find any netflix on the menu,, Should be able to have a download for this unit. But Samsung does not provide the information how to have netflix on the unit a samsung 3600 from Crutchfield.com I bougth this player in april and in July was damage with no bluray disc play. Sent it to Samsung to repair. from Crutchfield.com The player installed like a dream. It found the WiFi first try and downloaded the updated firmware. from Crutchfield.com I set up the BD player which actually was not all that difficult. We played a movied and after 30 minutes the unit totally crashed! from Crutchfield.com This was my first Blu-Ray Player. After installation, it crashed after about 30 minutes of play. from Crutchfield.com Pros: It looks pretty cool, really thin, great remote the best thing about this model versus other BD players is the speed, most I've seen are very slow to start, this one as soon as I power it on the BD kicks in the HDMI channel selection switches to the BD and start playing, unlike the Sharp BD I sent back cause I thought it was defective, turns out it was not it was just very slow to start 7 to 10mins was common start up time Cons: None Other Thoughts: Newegg as usual very prompt with a very competitive price from Newegg.com Pros: Nice picture and sound when it worked. Cons: Just like another reviewer mine stopped working 1 hour after unpacking and installing it. from Newegg.com Pros: NetFlix/Pandora - GREAT!
