This is an excellent product but I have always been a Samsung fan. Here is the real news of this purchase, tho, Amazon performed like a business would have years ago, maybe even better. from Amazon.com When this player works, it works well. However, it rarely works without a lot of "adjusting" of its core settings. I have yet been able to play a DVD and not had to reset the machine to be able to read it.
