I'm in the same boat with others...it failed to work after only 6 months. I had no problem with getting customer service by just calling the phone number on the warranty card and they took my Target credit card statement as a receipt when I lost the original. from Amazon.com I purchased these for my daughters for Christmas. I think they're great! They were reasonable ($85). The picture is good and you can see the screen from a very wide side angle. from Amazon.com I bought this DVD player in Feburary 2009 and it stopped working in June of 2009. RCA customer service is a joke and you cannot get a live person on the phone but it loops you to different 800 numbers. from Amazon.com My husband and I bought the RCA portable DVD player DRC6338 for car trips.
