A nice piece of equipment, reasonably priced and a great value. Solved many problems with an older unit. from Amazon.com I purchased this player because of the great reviews and the fact that Consumer Reports rated it well. It was to replace a more expensive Sony DVD/VCR RDR-VXD655 that started freezing up after only 4 months.
