It's not listed as a compatible format on the specs either on this site or at Yamaha's, but +R DL is listed in the manual, and it works. Hooking it up to an older receiver without HDMI inputs, had to get the setup menu figured out, disable HDMI, and other stuff adjusted to get the digital audio output to work. from Crutchfield.com This is soo much better than the Yamaha c750 change that i gave up for this thing. Having realized i didnt really need a 5 disc dvd player(i use an ipod an dock for cd's) I got this single disc gem. from Crutchfield.com I bought this player along with a matching Yamaha receiver in October 2007.
