After light use, the DVD player stopped reading DVDs after 4 months. Target would not take it back, and neither would the supplier. from Target.com DVD player will only play a few DVDs - which has become selectively fewer. Only had it for 3 months before complete malfunction. from Target.com I got this as a player for our truck so on long trips we could have the kids watch dvds. I mount both monitors easily sound was good, etc...picture...the only odd thing was where to mount the large player. from Target.com I have in the past spent $1000 to have a DVD system wired in my car only to have to constantly repair it. This system was way less expensive and works well. from Target.com I love this dvd player. It has great sound and picture. from Target.com I got a replacement for that unit - but that one was DOA too! Target was gracious enough to offer postage-paid return for both units and a full refund. Don't waste your money on this DVD player. from Target.com I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GOOD STARTER SET, BUT IT WOULDN'T PLAY A DVD RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. I EVEN OPENED A BRAND NEW ONE JUST IN CASE THE FIRST ONE I TRIED WAS DIRTY OR SCRATCHED... from Target.com The DVD Player does not play DVD's and the prongs are bent so only one monitor works. I should have been suspicious, the price was too low. from Target.com The DVD player in our car is heavely used (we make long car trips) and sometimes had stuff piled on it. Usually they last one year. from Target.com The unit has 2 proprietary cables coming from the DVD player and going to each LCD screen. These cables carry the power, video, and audio. from Target.com
