this is a great product and you will be very happy with it's performance. from Bestbuy.com this unit offers great performance, with it's 1080p full hd output.don't be fooled by the product description here which claims only 1080i output. from Circuitcity.com this is my second tosh hd dvd player(a2 also) and it has the kind of performance you are looking for in a next gen player. from Circuitcity.com sorry, but for the low price, great quality picture, clear digital sound, and even if i use it only as a regular dvd upconverter; i couldn't pass up this awesome deal. from Abt.com its pretty good deal for the price but it does not allow upconversion on all dvd, for example i put in living single season 1 and it says its prohibited so they are putting you back at 480p. from Circuitcity.com not happy with the picture i finaly layed out the cash for a $600 denon sale price!and spent the next 6 months tweeking it off and on and still never getting the picture i wanted common a denon!! from Cnet.com upgrade was very easy have played around 4 movies thru it flawlessly and when you figure the ten free movies at about 25 dollars for each makes the player less expensive than most normal dvd players. from Bestbuy.com i have it connected to my home theater system and it sound awesome. from Abt.com great 1080p performance, surprising upconversion of standard dvd.outstanding player for price. from Bestbuy.com it has great quality to price ratio. from Buydig.com
