I purchased this product for $249 in August, 2007 and 6 months later it works like I purchased it 6 years ago. When I turn the player on the DVD player comes out, I put the DVD in, it goes back in then automatically comes back out. from Circuitcity.com After a year and a half of light use, the DVD component stopped working. I wanted to have it repaired and found that only a few places repair LG products. from Bestbuy.com I have the same problem as everyone else. I only had my DVD recorder for a couple of months when the dvd player went out. from Circuitcity.com I thought I was purchasing a top model DVD/VCR combo to match my LG TV.
