It is a fast paced game and you don't have much time to answer each question or you get it wrong. It lets you choose your own "nurse who guides you, they are sisters and have very different personalities. This is a great addition to an adults brain game collection. from Amazon.com First off I waited for this game for a really long time compared to other purchases,I was so excited because I love Brain Challenge,Mind Quiz,Big Brain and Brain Age 1+2,the game was eventually purchased at Wal-Mart,because I did finally get it in the mail,but I did return thenm when I received them. Apparantly because I do all the other DS brain Games ,when I got this one I was too good at it and had to go through something called EVA'S Very Hard Challenge,then I was doing to good at that so I was asked to do EVA'S Super Hard Challenge so I'd finally get a wrong answer. from Amazon.com As an adult gamer, I love the brain games, and any time I see one, I try it out. It's a fun game that is easy to put down at the end of the break and with are multiple mini games to choose from it is hard to be bored with it. The only thing that is keeping this from being a 5 star game is the cheesy music that you can't change (I just turn off the volume on my DS) and the graphics are pretty cheap.
