i got this for my 15 year old daughter, she really likes it.
the plot of the game is simple.
my 11yr old son has watched me play it and says it is too slow going for him.
this game was short but not to easy so i was actually able to finish in a short enough time that i could still remember what i was playing.
it was fairly easy, but i think the point wasn't to be hard, but to provide and interesting story.
the only bad thing i have about this game is my son beat it pretty quickly.the good is he totally loves the game and still plays it quite a bit.
the gameplay is a little simple and you don't get to save your teammates from enemies, but the game is a lot of fun.
that fox guy is a fox and he has guns and a spaceship and pants so parents don't not let their kids play it becuase it isn't too toobad or hot hot hot!
overall the game is pretty easy and gets boring fast, but, as i said, it is something to pass the time.
since these stages are oftentimes extremely simple and it is sometimes possible to increase the timer during the game, the timer is sometimes non-issue but in those stages with obnoxious enemies that
its lighthearted nature (many of the commanding officers are quite young and speak in slang) makes it appropriate for kids, but don't let this lightheartedness mask what is an incredibly deep and
if you're not sure if you'd like the game (or genre), you may want to skimp and just buy advance wars 2 for the game boy advance first; it's a cheap purchase, and it'll serve much the same purpose.
so in closing just go out and get this game its great for adults(like me) or for kids( although kids will seem to get bored with it since it does get hard).
it features a nice combination of units and its easy to get the hang of the game play.
it is a completely stripped down version of a strategy game but simplicity does not necessarily translate to easy.
you play through the single player game by completing missions which are easy enough to complete, and although the mission objectives are in japanese, you can usualy finish a mission just by playing
i'm actually h.kim's son and i love this game!!!!!!!!!
it's easier to unlock all of the pieces, and navigating the map is more simple.
even though the language is in japanese, the menu options are straight forward and easy to memorize once you know what they are.
style fighting game in respect to controls and level set up, while the life and special gauge is more like a traditional fighter.
at the beginning of the game it will explain the controls and give you a little challenge to complete to make sure that you understand.
at the beginning of the game, cranky gives you lessons on how to use the controls (as it is tricky at first!).
my daughter loves this game.
i love this game, as does my 10 year daughter.
it's easy to earn extra lives and "perks".
another feature metroid prime hunters has is that it is the first game in the metroid series where players can control a character other than samus aran, but this is only in multiplayer mode.
i thought this game was going to suck but i really enjoyed it.once you get used to the controls you'll be hooked.it totally blows away coded arms and ghost in the shell on the psp.
strengths: exciting gameplay strong multiplayer action weaknesses: using stylus may take some adjustment time summary: metroid prime hunters is a great nintendo ds game and i believe it is a
great game, as good as it could be for ds strengths: great graphics and sound, online multiplayer, good singleplayer weaknesses: akward controls, same boss fights over and over summary: i was
3.3 out of 5 stars (4 reviews submitted) egh i didnt get the real game i only got the demo cuz it came w/ my ds when i bought it but i dont like it its not easy to control and i dont really get it.
if you think the game was to easy now you can make a level yourself using all the items, obstacles and enemies you see in the adventure.
my grand daughter love it.
it is well liked for not only the young, but for the young at heart.
that the main story mode is kind of short, and while the game offers some challenge, there is a steep learning curve as you'll come across some easy stages, followed by some incredibly hard ones.
it was simple, fun and accessible to all ages.
LOOK ALL THE KIDS HOW PLAY THIS SAIDS IT IS A BAD GAME FOR THE DS.
The gameplay is already the first strike against the game.
But the problem with the game right off the bat is simple.
You might think this is some sort of expansion, but once you get the hang of it (which is pretty easy, just rub your character forward) you'll be playing it everywhere you go!
You can beat the other Pokemons on your first try in the easy level in most of the stages, but a real strategy fan or Pokemon fan will want to learn every little trick you need to complete each stage
it is a nice game for a competitive kid, but not for a 'sore loser'.
my 10-year old daughter is playing this game every day since its release - and we bought it on the release date 11/15/06.
kids and grown ups (like me) will become highly addicted to this game!!
the controls are easy, and the game as a whole is pretty challenging but a great way to relax.
simple bosses, screen funniness, and lame story. the bottom line: while the second yoshi's island won't knock your socks off, it will dress you up for a pretty decent platform adventure to play
my son was so joyful getting this game, we had looked for it alot of places and it was sold out.
this is a really fun game, and if you've never played a kirby game before don't worry, it is really easy!
my child 11 yrs really enjoys this game
the ghost ability lets you take control of enemies and attack others with them.
it is instead much more like the nes, snes, n64, and game boy adventures of this beloved ballooning nintendo character, and as a result it offers much of the same.
when its to easy it gets borin and repeditave, when its to hard you get stressedbut overall:its a good game,it kept me entertained for weeks
my 9 year old son asked for this and he loves it, and as a bonus, my 7 year old daughter also likes playing the game as well.
great game my son and i love playing it together.the moves and shots were dificult to learn at first .
the game starts off ridiculously easy, but perhaps that is a good thing as the massive amount of stylus control required for the game can be a bit cumbersome.
mario hoops 3 on 3 starts you off with a tutorial, where you get the hang of the basics of the game.
