Whether you have a long snowy winter or live in a humid climate, a dryer is always the quickest and easiest way to dry your laundry. If you already have a dryer but want a newer model or are looking to buy your first unit, check out these product details before making your purchase:
Power Source
Most dryers are electrical, so if you're buying a dryer for the first time, you should check to see if you have a compatible electrical outlet close to where the dryer is going to be installed.
Load Type - Front-Loading
Most dryers are front-loading, which gives you the best performance and energy conservation possible. Front-loading dryers tumble the clothes in a rotating cylinder, making sure that your laundry gets exposed to warm or cool currents of air for drying.
Load Type - Stackable
If you don't have enough space in your home for a front-loading dryer, you can consider a stackable unit. This will save you space and leave your laundry room more organized. Make sure that the washer unit you have is stackable as well before purchasing.
