The old set was small and my clothes were always twisted up in a big knot. I love to wash laundry now!The gift cards from Best Buy were a nice bonus as well. We bought the matching steam dryer and pedestals which are also great!I was amazed when I washed our King size extra thick comforter with room to spare. from Bestbuy.com What's not so great:?Expensive "I've only had this a couple of weeks so cannot speak to its long term quality. An average load takes about 50 minutes (which is a serious upgrade from the 2 hours from my old dryer). You really can dry a small load in 18 minutes (not anything heavy like a towel or sweatshirt). from Bestbuy.com
