I'm also noticing that even when removing clothes immediately, they are wrinkled, and the 'wrinkle care' option doesn't help, the clothes stay wrinkled. Overall, this was a diappointing purchase for the price. I've also received info from a service repair person (who was fixing another appliance) that they have had many issues with LG, that the company is having trouble getting themselves together, the appliances aren't well made and are expensive to fix.
