also, do not put dishsoap (dawn) in it; she found out the hard way..."mom!"walmart has the best price plus you can not find better customer service...i am going to buy one for myself.

I tried to find a service company locally but there was nothing available.

I called the service department-easy, friendly, no problems.

I don't know how the rinse agent dispenser works, and when I called Danby customer service about it, they were very helpful.
