Pros: Great product when it worked Cons: Dead after less than 3 years "In the first year alone I had the heater unit replaced (3/10/05)and the front panel replaced(11/17/05), in the second year I had the control board replaced (11/21/07) and the front panel buttons are coming off again, and now the unit is dead again(1/20/08). I purchased the unit 2/3/05. Whirlpool does not stand by the product and told me I should have purchased the extended warranty.
