After numerous phone calls and over a week later they still haven't fixed the unit. As of now it might be fixed by next week. This is the second time I have gone to whirlpools customer service and gotten this runaround. The last time it took 2 month to repair the warrantied item. from Bestbuy.com I would recommend this dishwasher to all. Went from a Maytag to this Whirlpool. I can almost put double the amount of dishes in it. from Absolutehome.com on top of that it is quiet. from Abt.com the new dishwasher has tremendous loading capacity. from Ajmadison.com difficult to put large items in the washer. from Ajmadison.com now i can fit large bowls and my daughters high chair tray in the lower rack. from Bestbuy.com pros: quiet, cleans great cons: all of my dishes don't fit from Shopping.com pros: quiet, cleans well, "this dishwasher does a great job! from Bestbuy.com pros: easy to install and gets the dishers clean cons: the door was initially noisy "this is just your average dishwasher without a lot of bells and whistles. from Bestbuy.com pros: easy to load, large capacity, multiple settings, quiet best uses: delicate items, larger kitchens, pots and pans, smaller kitchens describe yourself: avid cook from Abt.com
