Camera Type
Because they are small, light and fit easily into a book bag or a purse, ultra-compact and compact cameras are great for everyday use. Find a model that you can easily take with you wherever you go.
Megapixels
The megapixels rating is your camera's optimum output. For everyday use, anything with a rating of 7 megapixels or higher is fine.
Connectivity
If you want to upload your digital photos to your computer, make sure the camera you purchase uses a compatible connection. This will generally be USB, but check your computer to be sure.
