Every single picture so far that I have posted on my flickr has been with my s6. I always played around with my sister's and my mom's coolpixes before I bought it.

I had a Sony cybershot DSC-1, and I used to think the pictures on that were great until I got this camera. from Amazon.com Support was a joke. The pictures quality has left me disappointed. You get what you pay for. from Amazon.com however the WORST problem happened today, when i was outside taking a picture like normal and the LCD screen just went completely black on me. any subsequent pictures i took all came out black, although i could view the previous pictures with no problem. i have since spent about three hours googling the problem and reading up on what others have to say, and it turns out nikon has this recurring problem with many of its models. most people have had to buy new cameras because the repairs cost about 180 dollars, unless you have a model which is covered under the service advisory that nikon put out regarding this issue. from Amazon.com I wish there was a way to just shut that off and focus it manually. It's pointless having the ability of a macro shot of as close as 1.6" if it's out of focus cause the camera can't make it's *&^%#$% mind up what it's doing! I AM going to write to Nikon and see if they can off any suggestions on this. Maybe there is some firmware that can be downloaded to fix it. from Amazon.com
