The Argus DC-1088 digital camera is a great choice when it comes to digital cameras under $40.00. The picture quality is bad, the camera featureless, the storage so small it can only be used as a webcam. And the worst part is the software that the argus makes you install to get your pictures off--clearly designed by drunk sadists.
