It's terrible for a brand new 2009 camera. The bottom line is that I returned this camera and got the Canon PowerShot SD960IS. The Canon does everything the Samsung promises, but better, smaller & more elegantly. from Amazon.com I am primarily a DSLR user and wanted a more portable--but still very competent--option. Maybe I'm spoiled by the DSLR (although it is over four years old now), but I was unimpressed with the picture and video quality here. I really tried to like this camera, though.
