the picture quality is amazing and when i upload videos to either my computer or playstation 3, the high-definition footage may not be up to the same quality as a few documentaries i have on blu-ray

i am not a digital video expert, and have yet to "mix down" hd video onto my mac pro with intent to burn bluray discs, i cannot testify to this aspect of the camera yet.
