i notice that if i use it indoors it isn't quite as rich as it is outdoors unless i have the lights on bright.
the video i took outdoors was excellent quality, and i know the camcorder's image stabilization did a good job of mitigating my unfortunate tendency to jiggle it while filming.
if you plan to do a lot indoor shooting (birthday parties, for example), you need to either supplement indoor light or buy another (expensive) camcorder.
