Cons: Newegg doesn't offer the accessory wires that make this unit much easier and more fun. First you need a six foot USB extension for easy computer operation and charging. The second wire is offered on the Creative Labs site which allows it to play on the TV. Other Thoughts: This is not intended to be a substitute for a 'real' camcorder, so I take it at face value that it does a pretty decent job of capturing video for such a small/cheap unit. There are some improvements I would love to see, including the form factor (horizontal would be preferrable). from Newegg.com Battery life is adequate and rechargeable. The unit couldn't be any easier to use. I helped my 13 yr old nephew choose a camcorder to buy with his birthday money.
