The price is probably the lowerest in this category. So you can imagine, everything is very basic. But I didn't know it needs special softwear to transfer image (unlike D-383 or D385 model, which has USB cable and softwear). According to Samsung, you need to buy this special softwear, which I don't understand how special it is, at additional cost. from Circuitcity.com I bought this camcorder a few months back thinking I was getting a good deal. I mean come on a new open box camera for $110... from Circuitcity.com This is the most illogical piece of gear I've got in my arsenal by far. It loads from THE BOTTOM! Who'd uh thunk it.
