Best Dehumidifiers for Kenmore

compared to the one i've been running in my basement for the last 20 years (a sears kenmore which finally died) this new frigidaire model is quieter, more efficent and better designed.

pros: much stronger fan than my previous dehumidifer, a kenmore 70-pt.

i previously had purchased a sears kenmore which i returned because of the noise and short cycling.

the kenmore i was replacing could bring it down to 50 or lower if i wanted (before it died).

seems to be a quality product - a little noisier than my last kenmore and a smaller reservoir.

it is a little loud, but works a thousand times better than the kenmore that it replaced.

the last dehumidifier we used (a kenmore, admittedly much larger) was so loud we had to turn it completely off to hear the television.

so far so good...i little expensive but if it last longer than my kenmore unit(broken twice and sounds like a 747) it will be worth it.

the last one i had took a trip to the concrete garage floor because no matter what i did, it would rumble and shake and make a lot of racket (a kenmore made by lg).

we had kenmore before and it sounded like a tank and broke down shortly after we purchased it, this unit is very quiet and so far it works great!

these people who complain about noise apparently haven't tried my not so old kenmore.
