want to get these units about as quiet as they can be, keep the styrofoam shipping pad that is at the bottom of the unit and sit the dehumidifier in it rather than letting it rest on the wheels.

even though it is weighs about half that of dehumidifiers using traditional compressor technology, it is still rather hard to move due to having casters instead of wheels.

packaged smartly with a minimum of waste, unit is sturdy, on wheels, light, relatively quiet, has intuitive controls and my favorite part is the exhaust is set high on the unit and has a strong flow.
