Best Dehumidifiers for Noisy

my only complaint which most other users have noted is that it is noisy at the high fan speed and tolerable but still noisy on low.

it is pretty noisy, but the noise doesn't bother me (loud white noise).

while it is somewhat noisy on high (like a small window air conditioner)and tolerable on low, i did not feel this was cause to mark it down too a 4 as i am using it in the basement.

like the other reviews said, it is a bit noisy.

the product works well but as stated it is very noisy compared to another unit i have in my finished basement.

i also understand that it is a dehumidifier, which means it has a compressor and a fan, both of which are noisy operations.

the dehumidifier does a great job keeping our remodeled basement/family room nice and dry, but it is too noisy to run when we are downstairs in the evening watching tv.

i purchased this unit to replace an old noisy dehumidifier.

we were not particularly concerned about how noisy this unit would be since it was intended to only occupy our undeveloped basement.

has been on, so we'll see how well it does next spring...the bucket is easy to remove, the machine isn't too noisy, it's very easy to set up, and didn't notice much increase on my electric bill.

cons: a bit noisy.

cons: heavy to move, a little noisy.

it was extremely noisy because the fan went out of alignment almost right away.
