Pros: None Cons: Very unreliable. No product support from Whirlpool. from Shopping.com Seems to dehumidify a large basement reasonably well. More quiet than my previous dehumidifier, but that unit was rather older. I have this new model configured to drain through a hose to a small hole in the basement floor. from Abt.com [...] The product works well, removing large amounts of moisture from the room. from Abt.com Pros: Does superb job & never had any problems/concerns with mine.
