i have it in the closet in my basement and it is working.
i've tested it out in my basement in an area that gets damp when it rains and it does it's job, with the little crystals changing colors and absorbing the extra moisture in the air.

ihad a mold problem in a bedroom closet but now the dehumidifier keeps it dry and mold free.
i use it in a small basement bathroom and it has made a tremendous difference.
i put this little machine in the basement of my store and it works great but is a little too small for the area so i am going to buy a bigger unit to really handle the problem.
i got the little eva-dry dehumidifier for a basement closet that smelled musty and within hours i could tell the difference.
