i love how the whole thing just goes in the dishwasher (minus the heater of course).if there was one complaint it would be the size of the usable frying area.

deep frying can be a bit intimidating - not just in regards to the accuracy of cooking temperature and time, but also safety and cleanup.

need to be careful especially in the early stages of deep frying when steam amount is higher.
