Best Deep Fryers for Stove Top

instead of messing up my cook stove, two or three pans and a bowl or two, i just cook it, dump it on my plate, and that is it.

oil and the amount of power supplied by the unit's heating elements, i find that it does a much better, cleaner, and safer job of frying than i'd been experiencing on my gas stovetop with a deep pot.

i find the profry a lot more convenient to use than the old deep fry pot on the stovetop, but obviously it takes up some counter space.

although i used the fryer on the stovetop underneath the hood, my house still had a "fried food" smell.

we also set ours up on the 2 eyes of our stainless stove & let our vent hood; pull the smell through it.

i can use the stove timer for the latter, but have to keep checking to see if the indicator light has gone off for the first, and sometimes you get distracted.

i use this fryer on my stove top, which is the height you would expect it.

luckily the design comes with two plastic side handles so you can easily move it on and off of the stove top where it can billow into your vent hood.

i also used it under my stove hood to eliminate the smell that others complained about.
