assembles quickly, heats quickly, cooks very nicely, drains easily (we had no trouble with drainage at all) and it is beyond easy to clean!

it took a bit of cleaning to get all the oil off the counter, but i was able to wash the oil off all the parts of the fryer easily by placing the washable parts in the dishwasher.
