Just wish, instead of the glass window on top, they would have put a hinged or slideing door on it; so you could peek into.

The top doesn't stay on, and the glass 'viewing' area on top slips out of place (and doesn't easily go back).

Also, the glass viewer is a waste on 'any' deep fryer because the grease splatters up some and the heat vapor makes it impossible to look inside.
