this is my first fryer and i was excited and pleased to see it was well packaged in corregated egg-shell like cardboard and was wrapped in plastic (easily removed).

after about 15 minutes of unboxing, and cleaning it, i was off to frying chicken wings.

it easily stands above other cookers like the fry daddy and such in the time it takes to reach and maintain the desired temp.

it may be our downfall - we've never eaten much fried food, but this makes it so easy - and quick, and much neater than frying on the stove, that we have been having something fried about twice a
