i wanted a deep fryer with a larger capacity than my old fry daddy. from Abt.com some may say the temperature setting is a bit low, but it suits my needs. from Amazon.com (well, i am a southerner afterall!) the oil heats up super fast and the food cooks fast and even, perfectly crisp without a trace of grease. from Amazon.com clean-up is quick and easy. from Amazon.com works great and easy clean up ... from Amazon.com heats up quickly, has a nice big capacity and cleans easily. from Amazon.com good temperature control (up to 275 max.) and quick recovery time. from Abt.com cons: draining oil bath is not the easiest among all deep fryers. from Shopping.com fairly easy to clean and store. from Abt.com the bottom line: solid construction and decent capacity makes this fryer suitable for small family. from Shopping.com
