I remember my mom making fries in a similar model years ago, so if its good enough for my mom it''s good enough for me! This Frydaddy works flawlessly, Shrimp,Fries,Chicken Fritters,Onion Rings, this Little Frydaddy does them all perfect, nice golden color, crispy outside, oh man, its great! It is easy to care for, which is it's best feature. from Amazon.com Use the product within the 30days from when Amazon delivers because I did not and when I finally used it about 45 days after I got it, the fryer did not heat up properly. I have contacted Presto directly (after Amazon told me I was out of luck with them taking it back or replacing it) and sending it to Presto may end up costing me more to fix it than I paid for it.
