summary: i've managed to spill chili and several other dishes out of my older cooker while moving it from place to place in my car.
as it is, i have, in fact, filled this pot to the brim w/soup & had no problems.
(matches all my kitchen appliances) and is super easy to use, with just a few simple settings.looking forward to using it a lot this winter instead of buying those overly salty, bland canned soups!
i always have frozen veggie on hand (already cut up) and broth and meat of your choice and it is as simple as that!
so far, i've only made chili in it, but the chili turned out very tasty, and i look forward to trying the "go" part of the appliance.
but for when you are cooking a large roast with all the veggies, a big pot of chili, soup, etc...it's wonderful.
i like it because it is oval and is large enough to hold a roast or enough chili for a large party.
