It would also be nice if there was an optional ceramic liner that was divided into two parts, so you could slow cook smalled qtys, or two different dishes.

This is the first slow cooker I've ever owned that could actually cook the dumplings in just 20 minutes (my rival took an hour and still parts were doughy) Stew was excelent evenly cooked, and on high temp no burned spots.
