I like this crockpot the I would like it if it cooked at a lower temp on the low settings If I put it on 10hrs even frozen food is done in 6hrs.

I've cooked about 6 meals in it so far, including a corned beef from frozen, put it in with water and 12 hours later on low it was one of the best corned beefs I've had in a while!

Mfg doesn't recommend frozen but I've simply allowed extra time and used the probe once the meat was thawed enough.
