this slow cooker is the perfect size for a roast with vegtables or two whole chickens.
the clip on lid is expecially good for our purposes as it will get taken to various pitch-ins a lot, and i've had some spilt-chili-disasters.

This slow cooker is the perfect size for a roast with vegtables or two whole chickens.
this item is listed as a slow cooker, but it really is more like a portable roaster oven.
when i took this out of the box i knew that i'd hit the bullseye on the looks (the photo doesn't do this model justice) but i had to see how well it cooked a pot of chili.

i've made soups, meats and desserts.
the bottom line: great design, love the timer and warming features, easy to clean and use and very durable.
