Great cooker, never owened one before. So far all the recipies I made tasted pretty good. I would recommened it to anybody, just make sure you follow directions of the recipy.
Every feature has lived up to expectations, especially the sealing lid.
Like the andles and lid features.Cooking temperature on high could be a little hotterbut the overall performance has been good.

I love this crockpot. It is great to have the locking handles and the spoon holder on top. It is a great size to take chili, etc. anywhere and not have to worry about it spilling. I like the oval shape also. I think anyone who purchases it would love it. I love the carrying case also. Great price and service on the on-line ordering from Circuit City.com.
I got this so a friend could cook big meals that I'd get to help eat. It has a six quart capacity, and almost all the others are only 5.5 quart. The clip on lid is expecially good for our purposes as it will get taken to various pitch-ins a lot, and I've had some spilt-chili-disasters. The only reason I'm a little worried about durability is the rubber gasket. It is holding up fine, but might rip some day... maybe not since it is rated dishwasher safe. The ladle that clips to the handle and is self standing is a nice touch. Also like that there's three settings: the usual 'high' and 'low', but also 'warm', so you don't just boil the be-jesus out of everything. The ceramic 'crock' is very heavy duty, too. Of all the ones I looked at this one is themost 'bang for the buck' I saw looking both on the net and in the stores. (okay, I had some time on my hands...)
