she's currently 26 inches tall, and it looks like she will be able to use the crib for quite some time.
you just have to make sure that the it's very warm in the room since the baby pretty much sleeps on the floor.
so with this crib we can visit family and friends without having to cut our visits shorts due to naps or bedtime.
it is absolutely safe for the baby, roomy and sturdy.
the ultimate test of a crib though, no matter how much we like it, is if your child will actually sleep in it.
it's a fantastic product and we will continue to use it to set the baby down when necessary and for daytime naps although he now sleeps in his crib in his own room at night.
it is not easy to take down or even to convert from a bassinet to a co-sleeper and the directions do not specify how to do it.
we've never used the co-sleeper part, so i can't comment on that, but we're very happy with the bassinet and have used it every day since we brought our baby home.
my baby hasn't actually arrived yet, but i have a 3 year old and remember how much of a pain it was to get up every couple hours in the night and hoist him out of the bassinet.
it is very convenient for her to place the baby in the bassinet close to her bed leaving the side down so that she can view the baby.
i am satisfied of the overall product and i will use it for my next baby!!
it looks like a bassinet that should have cost two or three times what was paid.
our little princess sleeps great in the bassinet and it's perfect for her.
(click anywhere inside this popup to close it) awaiting baby girl i have seen many baby beds of all shapes and sizes in my 50 years, 4 children and 3 grandchildren and this bassinet is
i loved this bassinet the minute i saw it and just had to have it for my first born.
you can't go wrong with this product and you will feel that your baby is safe and comfortable sleeping in it- unlike the other very expensive bassinetts that are currently on the market- spend the
cried the whole time she was in it) then we tried our evenflo playyard with bassinett and she would wake up and cry when we lifted her out of our bed into it.then we ordered this and it works well.
we had tried having our new baby in a bassinet, which was a disaster (baby couldn't see us, and cried the whole time she was in it) then we tried our evenflo playyard with bassinett and she would
this is a great product to use if you are nursing, since you don't have to get up out of bed multiple times a night.
i recommend this product to any mother who is breastfeeding, recovering from a c-section or just want your baby to sleep as close to you as possible.
i put it together by myself in about two hours and have very limited handy"woman" skills.
drop side is very convenient for laying down and picking up baby.*very easy to assemble and move the mattress height up and down (but moving the mattress for us does require two people)*very sturdy.
we haven't used the drop down side much as our baby is still young but it seems to work just fine so far.
the only down side is that it will be 3 weeks to process before the new pieces are shipped.
but i'm glad that we bought it and can't wait to have our baby using it!!!
we used this crib with our now 4 year old son and just got it out of storage to use with our upcoming twin boys.
it is easy to raise and lower the sides of the crib (albeit with two hands) and the quality is impressive for the price.
we went ahead and put him in the crib the first night because the pediatrican told us it would not hurt him.
it has been a sturdy crib for us even though my daughter likes to grab the rails and shake the bed.
she is not ready for the toddler bed yet but it is nice to know that this crib converts to a day bed when she is ready.
she was much more excited to try her new bed and get rid of the crib doing it that way.
i was given a crib when i had my baby & it was only an adjustable height crib.
this is a great tottler bed, my daughter loves it.
this is the perfect toddler bed - it's inexpensive, it's sturdy, and it's absolutely adorable!
although toddlers can still fall out of it if they turn to different corners of the bed in their sleep.
The Bottom Line: If you need to extend the life of your child's bedroom furniture by having it grow with your child, having a convertible crib is it.
Cons: Will not easily accommodate crib mobiles.
Pros: Highly recommended
Pros: sturdy, solid, clean, semi-easy to put together
I fell in love with this crib.
the only two complaints i have is (1) it doesn't come with the lower bar to make it a toddler crib, so the 3-in-1 part of it was useless to us, and we ended up just buying a regular full-sized bed
i also am dissapointed that since it is a 3 in 1 crib that it doesn't come with the toddeler bed conversion rails.
my son sleeps all night in his crib..i love it.
this is a great crib but if you convert it over to a toddler bed beware, there is no guard rail and it doesnt fit any guard rail that you can buy.
i have been using this crib now for 1 1/2 years and my son is now needing it to be a toddler bed.
it was super easy to set up (my two year old and i did it).
we have used it with two children (now ages 2 and 4) and are preparing to set it up again for baby #3.
i have the original full size co-sleeper and i wish i had the smaller mini co-sleeper because the baby doesn't move around until about 4 months and by then you can put them in the crib on top of that
it is very easy to attach to your adult bed and is very snug against your mattress with absolutely no dangerous gaps.
it was very comfortable for the six months we used it and kept baby safe and near to mom for night nursings and naps!
i have it paired with pink french toile bedding, and it's cute as can be.
the trundle drawer is a bit flimsy, but it serves its purpose under the bed and will come in handy for storing extra diapers and other baby supplies.
it was easy to put together and now looks wonderful in my baby girl's nursery.
we bought two of these cribs for our new twins and it is much more beautiful in person.
it was delivered right away which was a blessing since my baby came 2 1/2 months early and i was not ready and needed a crib right away.
just a suggestion for all who go for this crib; when you order the bedding, make sure it has a bed-skirt/ruffle so that it hides all your stuff in the drawer.
i would agree that it takes about 1-2 hours to put together, you will need a bed skirt to make sure the contents of the drawer don't show, and while the bottom of the drawer is particle board and not
the crib is very sturdy and i can't wait to put my baby in it!
just wanted to point that out in case you expect it; the crib is low enough that you bend down to pick and lay baby in crib, rather than use a moveable rail.
i also love that it comes with the rail to convert to a toddler bed.
the bottom line: crib is very safe and sturdy and can be used many ways.
cons: bedding is expensive and shrinks in the wash!
pros: beautiful design, sturdy & secure cons: linen is too expensive & assembly was tough the bottom line: i do highly recommend the stokke sleepi as it is a piece of furniture that will
pros: innovative, gorgeous, sturdy, safer in more ways that traditional cribs, environmental, great size, moveable cons: none
I bought the sleepi system and was very excited after reading many positive reviews.
i would definitely recommend this crib and can't wait to watch my baby sleeping in it.
it is not made of real wood like the crib itself but it seems fairly sturdy and could certainly be used to hold extra bed linens.
since baby has not yet arrived, i have not used this crib, but it arrived within a week of ordering, was packaged well and is in perfect condition.
overall, the crib has met my expectations, so now i need to see how my baby boy takes to it when he gets here!
it was important to me to have a crib w/out a drop down side, and the swoop in the front really makes it easy to get the baby, but i'm 5'10 so i dont know how hard it would be for someone shorter.
we live in a two story house and i actually have this down stairs so he can take little naps in it.
my daughter loves sleeping in it.
we ordered this after hearing about it a several babyshowers and have been quite pleased with it.
i really like the two height adjustments.
we are very pleased with this bed.
because of the low profile it does require the mattress to be lowered almost all to the floor when your baby grows older and thus eliminates any ability for a storage drawer under the crib which
after looking at a lot of cribs online and reading many many reviews, i decided on the baby miro modo crib for our little boy.
also is good for older kids, there are two sets of cards included one set for pre-schoolers and one set for school age.
i have a degree in infant/toddler studies and would recommend this item.
that's when i stumbled across babyearth online and found their great selection of green baby items.
pros: very stylish, sturdy, and (most importantly) the kid sleeps in it.
not only is it beautiful but it is sturdy and comfortable for the baby.
it was very economical and safe to use, has wheels and is very mobile when you want to move the crib.
it was not easy to assemble (and we're two fairly mechanical people)- instructions were not very clear.
it did however come with two broken pieces.
the instructions to put it together were pretty simple, and my husband and i were able to do it in just over an hour (although it definitely requires two people).
it was very easy to build, though it requires two people.
my husband and i are adopting a newborn girl in about 7 weeks, so although we haven't gotten to use the crib yet, we expect it to be a good quality product.
this product is exactly what i was expecting it is very nice and sturdy for your newborn!
when the box arrived it was slightly damaged but the product itself was packaged safely inside with no defects.
given the design of the crib (the two solid ends without rails and the large section in the back of the crib), it is a little more challenging to tie on bumpers.
storkcraft replaced the part in about two weeks.once we were finally able to put the whole crib together it turned out beautiful.
Pros: It's functional, at least for a while.
This is a great bassinet for the money.
Well, I just learned that you should always read the reviews of an item BEFORE buying.
My friend wanted to get me this bassinet as a gift for my baby boy but since she lives in another state she couldn't order it and send it to me somehow so she gave me a gift card to purchase it and called the store nearest to me to hold that bassinet...
Not to mention, the matress is down WAY deep into the bassinet.
