i also am dissapointed that since it is a 3 in 1 crib that it doesn't come with the toddeler bed conversion rails.

the only two complaints i have is (1) it doesn't come with the lower bar to make it a toddler crib, so the 3-in-1 part of it was useless to us, and we ended up just buying a regular full-sized bed

this is a great crib but if you convert it over to a toddler bed beware, there is no guard rail and it doesnt fit any guard rail that you can buy.
